this friend, a really really good friend named "schme" and in the past he visited my blog often and would leave very witty comments. I haven't seen or heard from him in quite some time and am wondering if any of you know where he may have gone?
Schme if you are out there-we (as in Jess, me and Amanda) miss you and we would like to hear from you very much! And don't give me any crap about work and life and yada yada yada! Get in touch with us-BEFORE XMAS! If not you get coal this year-no lie I talked to the man himself!

Wow, I feel so honored to have a post all about me. Well here is what I have been up to, no big deal:
I actually just got back from a 3week trip from Somolia. I was just looking after starving orphans and bottle feeding the infants around the clock. It was pretty neat.
But before that I was in Thailand. Did you know that Thailand doesn't have any child labor laws? I was helping those little guys make what is known as a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Apparently these little people are having to work over-overtime because some people are putting 2 Sub-Zero's in their house. I have never heard of such a thing but I am sure it is big time!!
Well, I will be in town for a few weeks before I have to go help Nic (that's short for Saint Nic, we are pretty tight) at the North Pole get everything coordinated for this years big event. I am referring to the Christmas Party at the Red Dog not the other big event. So I will be making plans shortly to come see what is offically known as the kick-ass, non partyment, fire orb havin, double Sub-Zero usin, engineering marvel, mansion that is the Det house. Or as Tami likes to call it, the hizouse.

such wonderful work you have been doing! you should send a picture of casa-la-bad-ass to your friend in Thailand so that he can see what great work he is really doing.
Sadly (as mcuh as I wanted there to be one, and lobbyed for it) there is noo Fire Orb at Chez Det. (still a little sad about the missing orb). Although I am sure that the sound of crackling wood beats out having the AWESOME, very MODERN fire orb!
Good to see you are back in the states though, even if for a short time!
